THE SCHEDULE

THURSDAY 10/8  

7pm  - Casual beach dinner  Whilst official wedding festivities don't begin until Friday we will be headed to Picus Coctelleria (Ave Rueda Medina between Matamoros and Lopez Mateo) for dinner around 7pm. Super casual. Feel free to come straight from the beach. Picus takes credit cards - usually - sometimes the machine doesn't work so cash is the best bet.  

FRIDAY 10/9

1pm to 2pm   -  Wedding rehearsal at Capitan Dulche.  Wedding party and musicians only.  Taxis will leave hotels at 12:30

6pm to 9pm  -   Welcome dinner at Tuturreque 33.  Please join us for cocktails and barbeque at sunset on Playa Norte. Tuturreque 33 is a beach club, so whilst the dining area is covered (in case of rain) the floor is sand so we suggest shoes that are suited for the beach (or easy to slip off.) OPEN BAR

9pm until....     More music! More drinks! At El Patio on Hidalgo Street.   The evening’s festivities will continue with cocktails and live music at El Patio on Hidalgo Street. (El Patio is CASH ONLY though there are ATMS nearby.)

SATURDAY 10/10

4pm to 4:15pm   Taxis depart for Capitan Dulche . Taxis will be outside your hotels starting at 4pm. Please be IN a taxi NO LATER than 4:15 as Capitan Dulche is a little ways down the island and the wedding begins promptly at 5.

5pm   Wedding Ceremony on the Beach at Capitan Dulche  with dinner and dancing to follow.

SUNDAY 10/11

11am til whenever   Beach Brunch at Tuturreque 33    Please join us for a casual day at the beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided for those who get there early enough! Food and drink vouchers (pink tickets with stars on them each worth 250 pesos) can be found in your welcome kits good towards brunch, lunch or frosty beverages of your choice.

We will be arriving on island by Wednesday 10.5 to go scuba diving and otherwise hang out, and would love to see as many of you for as long as you can manage to be there.  We know that Mexico is far away…but its closer to West Texas than Brooklyn…and its closer to Brooklyn than West Texas. And we couldn't be more excited to have so many of our most favorite people together with us in one of our most favorite places in the world.
